How to get to level after Candy Calaboose

Level 830 has a picture of a black spanner on a yellow background on both my asus memo pad 7 and my samsung phone. Sometimes this game works but often it says "Soon there will be new places to explore. Until then you can replay previous levels….". On my macbook the levels go way beyond level 830. I have deleted and re-installed CC on my other devices but this has not rectified the problem. Any advice?
