Upgraded my phone progress of game has been kept on new phone but the 194 lives I had have not transferred over, how do I get them on my new device or are they lost now forever?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
