Can't see replies

I am having all sorts of problems with Candy Crush and apparently have spent $40 trying to get through Level 949 and see others who have noticed a glitch in the 4th column.  However, I cannot see the replies to their questions.  Nor am I able to add that I have the same problem.  New here and lost.
