Same level over and over again, I ended up just doing it over had no choice. Support never replies and if they do its way after the fact. I always cone to the roadblock and cant play. Lose out on sales because whats the point in buying if one cant play. Bars on nontransferable pfft. Even clear all or reach goal and it keeps on going with no recognition

Sounds like you need a break from gaming. Put the mobile down, turn off the computer and find the nearest green spot - city or village - and absorb some fresh air and sunshine :-)
If you feel like picking up the game again then do let me know which level you are stuck at and I'll try to help you out.
