Hola, van 3 días que no me dan los regalos del árbol, renuncio antes del que troll despierte pulso reclamar y los regalos no se añaden

Tengo problemas al recibir las recompensas y es muy frustrante, cuando juego el tree topper me llegan las recompensas a medias o simplemente no llegan, al igual que cuando recibo la recompensas de fantastic five, se suponía que debía tenerlo por una hora y la recompensa desapareció en un solo nivel. Ayuda porfavor.

It's obsurd to continue, time after time, blaming this issue on your loyal players insinuating the app isn't up to date or the troll collected when none of that is the case. If the app is not working correctly with this contest simply remove it. I received a reply from Support saying bc they did not see amy issue on their end, I was basically playing the game incorrectly or made it up.
