I haven't been able to connect to Facebook when I am in the candy crush game. This has been going on for two days now. Can you help me?
I have the same issue on Kindle Fire (Android) - though it will connect eventually but I have to wait about ten minutes or more for it to connect (my tablet has tons of space and no issues with any other games or apps)...and I asked a question about it the other day but there is no response yet. The YT video instructions posted above on what to do if you have issues connecting to Facebook DO NOT work.

Still waiting for candy royal competition. This is day 5 whitout getting it. Can you developers do something about this. Im only at level 1300 ish and my old account i got it daily now I get it once a week. And it make it hard to advance whit no goldbars. So please do something to fix it.
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
Why are the sour skulls not working as they usually do? I was just playing level 13990 and the sour skulls wouldn't activate after they've been touched by a candy nor after a wrapped candy exploded. It cost me my episode race and streak. Why is CC getting so glitchy?
