The place for them to drop is blocked by an item that cant be removed. the items wont fall through at the arrows.
You need to get the items in the column next to the jars. Then you can get them to drop. Its hard to explain so I found a video for you. Right at the end you can see what I mean, how to get them to drop. Try and follow it. Hopefully it helps

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
