candy crush is loading only up to 7% and then it stuck there. I have the latest version of adobe flash player. this has been happening for 2 weeks now, but candy crush soda is working perfectly. what to do?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
