Connect to Facebook but can not receiving anything

It's been about a week when my Candy Crush can connect to Facebook but I can not receiving anything, like lives, tickets and request from friends. My friends already confirmed that they're sending all of them to me but I can't still receive anything.

I've tried everything, such as disconnect and reconnect Facebook, restart my iPad, tried to play from Facebook, even deleted the game. But still nothing happened.

Please help. Thank you.

Hi, you might have noticed that Facebook made changes to their privacy policy. This involved the Apps and games on Facebook too. Check your settings for your games and change them according to your needs. Go to settings, select 'Apps' and pick your game. Then click on 'Edit' and allow what you need to be able to send and receive and get notifications.

Hi, WhWhen I watch a video, click on the X sometimes it opens a Web browser, but when I try to go back to the game it restart it! So each time I do lose the level. Can you help me? Many thanks

I reach 21 twice and did get a reward. I also passed a level and it said I did. i used my 10 gold bars to extend the play and used my flying saucer
