Level 211 is very slow to load, and when it finally loads it does not allow any moves to be made before time runs out!! This has been going on for a while now. PLEASE fix this!

Anyhoo, none of these "solutions" do anything to improve this level. I am not stuck on this level as I am currently playing level 959. However I do go back to collect special candies to earn boosters. This level 212 is magically inaccessible.

Haven't had any issues with level 211 and I haven't heard of any other gamer with questions about this level.
Please try playing the level from another computer or play the level on King.com
Go to King.com and login. To sync your King.com account with your Facebook progress just follow these steps:
1) Click on Settings
2) Choose Account
3) Enter your password
4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook
5) Click on the two arrows
Once done your progress is synchronized and you should be able to play and progress without any issues.

Hey Effie. I have not spotted this problem with my level 211 so it sounds like it could be a problem or two with your browser. Try the following, it should fix the problem for you. Firstly make sure you clear your cache, check that your Java version is up to date, you can check everything here: https://www.whatismybrowser.com If these steps do not work test the game in another browser such as Firefox or Chrome. Why are the sour skulls not working as they usually do? I was just playing level 13990 and the sour skulls wouldn't activate after they've been touched by a candy nor after a wrapped candy exploded. It cost me my episode race and streak. Why is CC getting so glitchy?
Since 3-4 days ago, I am unable to log in with my facebook account. Yes, I tried everything that I could find online, all the helps and tricks, but it still doesn't work. Probably lost 10 years of progress and about 12000 levels… I am fuming… Whatever I do, I get this message…

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
