After I sync the account with the Facebook the progress get sync back from 404 to 305 (normal world) can you manually reset it back to 404. User ID is 0. Facebook ID is aureliarc
It sounds like the last time you sync'd the game on Facebook you were at level 305? Or are you on level 404 when you play on Facebook because if you are you can open up the settings page on the Facebook mobile app and go to settings and press on Candy Crush and this sends your progress to your mobile app. Try this out!

For a while now, when I try to log in to my game account with Facebook or my email, it gives me an error saying I'm offline, which is not the case. I have seen all of my friends watch ads in their game when they are out of moves to clear the level but I don't receive any ad in my game, I've already checked all the settings, kindly help me I am badly stuck on a level.
