problem with installation on nokia lumia 630

Hi, every now and then I have a problem with Candy Crush Saga - it either won't start or a part of the game doesn't want to work properly. Every time I dealt with it by reinstalling the game, but this time I can't even download it. The status is forever pending or installing, but stopping in the middle.

My 'ad ID' is on, so it's not the problem. Please tell me how to fix this

Please try switching from WiFi to 3G/4G to see if the download initiates.

Same problem on 3G/4G, it either just says pending, or starts and once a quarter of the progress bar fills, it just stops. Having to reinstall it all the time was a pain, but now it won't even install.
