on start up via facebook link it stays on frosting at 6 percent and it freezers there,can it be fixo

when i log in to facebook and click the candy link it freezers on 6 percent when it reads frosting can this be fixed and why does it do it?

    Hi Greg!

    Try disabling any plugins and extensions in your browser. Also check what other programs you have running in the background while playing the game. I can also recommend that you use Google Chrome as it seems to run really well with Flash based games like Candy Crush.
