my machine seems to be stuck

I am on level 147 of candy crush and when I finished my last go ( for which I failed) it then goes to a screen showing a measure of how far I have come and a claim reward button but when touching this nothing happens and I cannot get back to the game unless I turn the machine off and start all over again - even then I can only play one screen and get back to the claim reward so I cannot progress at all- can you help please

Hi Kay!
Try disabling any plugins and extensions in your browser. Also check what other programs you have running in the background while playing the game. I can also recommend that you use Google Chrome as it seems to run really well with Flash based games like Candy Crush.
