All my friends have the sugar drops feature but i don't.They appeared once and after one game disappeared again.Why did they have gone away? Can someone help me?

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
