Support

I was under the impression months ago that by giving my email to King that I can restore any lost progress. I had to restore my phone to factory settings and am upset to find that it cannot be done? Really?  I never even synched to FB. So now what, I'm screwed? How do I get back my progress using the email feature? Can someone please help? Thanks in advance. And no, I don't have that number from the lower left part of the screen.
