game keeps freezing please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
Shut down all other running applications on your desktop computer as they can affect the game's performance. Check that your Adobe Flash Player is up to date. Please click here to download the latest version to your computer. We also recommend resetting your browser, deleting your cookies and clearing you cache. This can all be done via your browser's settings menu. If you have multiple browser windows or tabs open, please try closing them and then refresh the page to load the game. Finally try restarting your computer.
Nothing helps. Been playing this game for years and never had this problem. Even tried playing on Mozilla AND Chrome. Makes no difference. Level 370 freezes every time I try to play. I have to refresh and loose all my saved plays. Also play Dreamworld without any issues. Just this level. Have lost so many game plays over this and can't advance if it won't play. Please come into my account and fix. Thanks.

Had this problem too so I downloaded the game via my FB account on my Android phone which allowed me to play and beat the level (same day too - seemed easier on my phone!) Went back to my laptop signed in via FB - progressed to level 371...happy days! Worked for me hope this helps?
