Candy Crush on iPad 2 won't connect to Facebook

Since last update Candy Crush won't connect to Facebook. Using iPad 2 CC Version 1.56.1 on July 8, 2015. Facebook App and IOS software are all up to date too. I have done a hard shut down of iPad. I have removed app and re-installed. I have tried to access through Facebook. Nothing works.

I can play on iPhone although there are no more games available right now. I can also play on computer. It is just the IPad.

iPhone app works fine and connects fine with Facebook. All progress up to date. Another Wi-Fi connections doesn't fix issue either. I have just tried to access Candy Crush on my Windows PC through Facebook and it's only loading to 4%.

Hi CP!

For your Windows computer I suggest that you disable any plugins and extensions in your browser. Also check what other programs you have running in the background while playing the game. I can also recommend that you use Google Chrome as it seems to run really well with Flash based games like Candy Crush.

Please also check if you can play the game on King.com - https://king.com/#!/play/candycrush

For your iPad - most probable a factory reset will solve the issue. Please do a complete backup to iCloud first. After reset Candy Crush should be the first app you install.
