Candy Crush only loads to 4% on my pc.

It has been doing this for a week now. I can play it on my mobile phone where it loads up ok. The same thing is happening to my husband on his pc with his Candy Crush. We can play other King games but not this one. I have checked for the latest updates and have cleared out cookies, history and cache from Google Chrome with no luck.
