Bring back the leader boards

    Hi @JK150 the leader board has been replaced by a new friend feature, so submitting an idea for its return comes across as wishlisting rather than trying to improve the game.

    You would be better off starting a discussion on the subject, or contacting King directly to let them know you aren't happy.

    Hi @hams49r I initially missed the Leader Board when it first got removed from the game, but now I have got over it.

    The new friend feature provides far more lives than the old feature, so this is one reason I don't miss it. Another reason I don't miss it is that the information provided by the old Leader Board is still there, but in a slightly different format. I can still see my rank and the rank of all the players in my friends list, and I can still my current level and the current level of my friends. The number of levels I have completed this week is shown in the Weekly Contrest.

    Hi @JK150 @hams49r The game features different types of events and some of them are a leader board event where you compete against other players.

    In January, an event that ended today, Temple Training is the most recent leader board event in Candy Crush Saga.

    @Crazy Cat Lad, @JK150 and @hams49r are referring to the removal of the old Leader Board that used to be accessed through our Profile. As I hope you are aware this feature has now been removed for a lot of players and replaced by a new friend feature.

    I wish the leader board feature will come back soon.

    I love to compare my score to other. That is my motivation to play this game.

    No leaderboard mean for me no reason to play anymore.

    I agree. It doesn’t make any sense to me that they can’t have both the leaderboards and this new friends things. Maybe if we can get enough players to complain.

    @Alienscar Ah! Got it! The weekly Race and stats have been set on hold since the friends list is being reconstructed and updated. The players in weekly Race were your friends in the game. Therefore it's not appearing.

    Hi @Crazy Cat Lad I am not sure what you are referring to by the Weekly Race as the only Weekly Race I am aware of is the Weekly Contest. The Weekly Contest is still running.

    Is the Weekly Race a Facebook thing? If it is that doesn't explain why my Leader Board has disappeared when I do not use Facebook.
