Hello Susan have you got a level 10,000 banner? If you have you won't get an 11000 banner automatically as the banner isn't updated as you pass each milestone level. The only way you will get an 11,000 banner if you already have a 10,000 banner is if you receive the Milestone Challenge in your feature. If you don't receive the Milestone Challenge then your banner won't get updated to level 11,000.

The Milestone badge in the game can be claimed after completing the Milestone Challenge. The challenge will appear in a pop up in your game after passing the milestone level.
It will also be available under the Events tab for one week. You will need to complete it within that time to get the badge to your avatar. After one week the challenge expires.

Thank you very much for the information 🤗 but unfortunately I don't have this option milestone with me, it only shows these three features 🤔 I've already done the update, so I'm up to date. Is there another way to get the banner

The Milestone Challenge is an event and there are several targets, each quest has a target, and after completing the targets you can unlock the Milestone Badge feature.
Each of the green crowns you get in the picture above is a quest. You need complete each quest before the end of the scheduled time and there are time is set below the quests.
If you complete each quest before the time runs out, the Milestone Badge feature will be unlocked for you.😊
What is milestone badge?
There is a milestone every 1000 level intervals and there are a total of 10 milestones at the moment and they are 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000, 10000 and 11000 respectively.
The current milestone badge will be added to your avatar whenever you cross a milestone. For example, if you complete the Level 5000, the 5,000 milestone badge will be added to your avatar. As I crossed the level 10000 so my avatar has the 10,000 milestone badge.
What are the benefits of this badge?
You'll find your friends' avatars with milestone badges on your leaderboard, and you'll easily find out which friends are on which milestones, according to their badges.In the same way your friends can find out which milestones you have crossed😜
Can I remove the feature from my game?
You cannot manually remove any feature from the game.However, if you do not want to use this feature, you can turn it off from the settings menu and turn it on again at any time.😀
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Features - Milestone Badge - Off/On.

I received an email which said “here’s your level 6000 badge”, but it still showing 5000.
How do I get it to update?
Well you seem to have done your research @meandmycats123 so I guess you might already know the answer to your own question.
Some players get the banner automatically, some players have to complete the Milestone Challenge to get their banner, but some people never get the banner.
One thing to bear in mind is that some of the people that have received the banner automatically haven't received their banner until nearly one hundred levels later.
I recently completed level 5000 and was expecting my 5000 banner. I didn’t get it automatically so I joined this community thing to find out why. Some people had posted screenshots of proof of passing the level but I did that and nothing happened. Some people said they had to go to settings and complete the milestone challenge within 7 days of passing the milestone. Well, I have no milestone challenge in settings, so the question remains, how can I get my 5000 banner!?!

Can you please help me to see the band "7000" on my photo profile of my playing board! I received my badge but it's useless if nobody can see it! I'd like to have few, straight, clear instructions to follow. I've written thousands times... I hope this will be the lucky one.
