level 1142 needs a little help, nothing to start with all it does is shuffle, you waste more moves and lose what you have put together to get started, adjust it please, I have used all my bonuses and have nothing left

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
