Hi GEKaver- Our Candy Crush team has been investigating this issue and they request some more information about your graphic card/driver. In order to get it please do the following:
1) Click start
2) Type dxdiag and press enter
3) Go to the Display tab and check the Name property.

Please check my thread : https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/black-backgrounds-and-missing-buttons-on-windows-10-appI think this should be a high priority on maintaining Candy Crush app on Windows 10 Store.Also this is my graphics card specs : http://1drv.ms/1gS8w13Also this is not a high end game this shoudn't requiring a high end graphics card. Just sayin.
