Lost level progression

Question

I was on level 540, with boosters at the ready.  I had problems with the app' had to reinstall it and then it went back to level 1 .

I play the mobile version only and I do not sync with Facebook (last time i did was at level 167).  I do hope that someone from King can solve this problem promptly.

I can provide my Game ID number upon request.

Thanks for notifying!

Could you please uninstall the App from your mobile and reinstall again?

Then open the game and connect to your account (Facebook or Kingdom) from within the game.
