It will appear to be loading, but then it will jump back to the icon. I can play on the computer through Facebook, but not on my iPhone for months now. Very frustrating. How can this be fixed without losing my level?

I suggest you close down all other running apps before starting the game. Most of the times a simple reboot can also solve the issue. Furthermore, please check if you have the latest version of the game installed: https://itunes.apple.com/en/app/candy-crush-saga/id553834731?mt=8

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
