Lost Progress, No Facebook

I submitted a form to King about this issue and was told that coming here was my only option. I was on level 1105 on mobile, not connected to Facebook, and despite backing up to iCloud right before switching phones I am now at level 1. Is this forum moderated by King employees? I would love to speak with someone if possible.

If you didn't connect to facebook/kingdom and your levels were not saved via iCloud then I'm sorry to say it but there is no way to get your levels back. I can't believe you go to level 1105 without ever saving your game!

I have the same issue, made it to 1107, then poof, gone. They don't even have the courtesy to read my email. 5 years it took me to get that far....jerks

I don't think you can blame King. There are 2 different ways to save your progress in the game, all it takes is an email address and your progress is safe.
