In a walk through video for level 1180 of candy crush they used 3 lollipop hammers, 3 switches and a paint brush that paints stripes on regular candies. Where is this paint brush booster available?

The level is really tricky but if you follow the advice from 'Tom Tom' as well as 'Marnie England' then I believe you'll be able to pass.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
