Does anyone have the same problem with this function? I pressed it by accident twice and it automatically took away 19 gold bars when I didn’t want them. I wish it will be taken out soon.

Yep, there's a bigger thread about it; but (at least) it cost you only 19 GB each time.
You can try this link & provide all details to get (at least some of) those GBs back...

I've hit it by mistake 3 times! They refunded me twice but then customer service got nasty about it saying they already told me how it works and they won't refund again
