What are you thinking

can I pay to get past 1180? I do not mind spending a couple of bucks on boosters if I am close but this is so ridiculous. Why is King getting so greedy now?

I saw on another thread that the issue with the level crashing is being looked into. I suggest you try playing the level from amobile device or sit it out until it gets sorted out.
The level is really tricky but if you follow the advice from 'Tom Tom' as well as 'Marnie England' from above thread then I believe you'll be able to pass.
I also found this video that might help you out on best strategy for the level:
