why did I lose all my boosts with the most recent update?

Level 1

Prior to the most recent update I had numerous boosts. Candy bombs, wrapped and striped candies, hand switches, fish, candy wheels, etc. Why did I lose them and how do I get them back. These were boosts that I had purchased and/or earned.

Please help!!

  • This won't work for any boosters that you've earned unfortunately, but any boosters that you have purchased can be restored with the "restore purchases" option in the game settings menu in the bottom left.

    seems to be a general bug, and it seems that they are not interested in fixing it... buy them or just keep quiet, grmpf. same happened to me. I will look for another game with some basic understanding of customer support ;-)

    The same has happened to me today. I plan on calling Apple today with a complaint. With enough complaints, we'll get King's customer support one way or another. They can't be allowed to continue to get away with this. It's a business and if they want our business they should support us when needed.
