I lost my icon and name on candy crush after I synced with facebook. How do I get it back?

I synced my ipad due to having to turn it in. Did not want to lose my level in Candy Crush 785, so was told to sync with facebook page. After I did I lost my name and icon on Candy crush. Also lost my ability to connect wit facebook on crush screen. What do I do to get it back. Have restarted the ipad to reset several times?

Where was the name and icon showing exactly that you've lost Kenbird? Do you mean on a level scoreboard?

The only time the Facebook connect button disappears for me is when it is already connected to Facebook. You'll know for sure if you see the option to "Log out of Facebook" in the game settings.

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
