Can't load game

I have done everything to try and load this game on FB. The page comes up and tells me I need to update Adobe Flash...I am using Google Chrome it is updated. I have closed out other tabs, I have cleared my cache. I have restarted computer all to no avail. I can play all other games with no problem...Candy Crush Soda, AlphaBetty Saga and so on...it's just Candy Crush giving me trouble.

    That's strange because Chrome has flash already built in, so you shouldn't need to update it. Have you checked to see that you don't have 2 different versions of flash on your PC, they might be conflicting with each other.

    Hi Christine!

    Have you tried playing the game on King.com?

    To sync your King.com account with your Facebook progress just follow these steps:

    1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)

    2) Choose Account

    3) Enter your password

    4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

    5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

    Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play and progress without any issues.
