I am having issues connecting my game with facebook!

Question

I now have a new issue because the video I watched suggested that I uninstall and reinstall the game I lost everything!

I am at level 6 hundred something and am now on level one. I didn't freak out at first but now realised that I can't connect to Google play to get my account back! Help please!

I cannot ask for lives with my friends , it’s telling me I have connection issue . It’s been like that for over a month now . Please help

Hello Helen. The only thing you need to do is open the app and connect to facebook/kingdom again. Just tap the connect button on the homescreen of Candy Crush and the game will sync with facebook and put you on whatever you played last.
