@psych17 it's ok, don't be sorry and no trouble at all. I hope you will still play Candy Crush Saga, I personally love this game and I play the game at my own leisure pace. Perhaps you will find the comfort to resume playing this game after that level has been fixed on your device. Please always ensure that the app is updated and your device is compatible with the game as it may be caused that the changes/tweaked of that level is not working properly.
