My chocolate box has disappeared again!

A few weeks ago i lost the chocolate box. Then it came back with the deluxe rewards. Now it has disappeared again! Why is this? Are you guys fixing the "server not connecting" problem? I hope so
My extra lives and master trophy disappeared too!

FYI- I tried many times to refresh the page, nothing happened

@Ryanthecrusher I don't know about the chocolate box, but the trophy issue seems to have affected multiple players as you can read below! 😨
P.S. I also lost all my lives last week!

The chocolate box came back after a few minutes lol. But yes, the master trophy and extra lives are still not there!

Mine appears for a day and then disappears as soon as I am about to collect the prize. I was upgraded to the deluxe box and played three of the four challenges successfully and then the box disappeared before I could play the fourth challenge. Happens a lot.

Yes I knew that but I literally have NO chocolate box at all now for days. I completed three tasks and then the next day tried to complete the fourth one and it had vanished. Has yet to return,

From reading other posts there is obviously something going on with the Chocolate Box, as a few people have noted things wrong with their Choc Box.
Have you tried signing out of your game, restarting your device, and signing back into your game?
This simple technique can sometimes fix issues with features.
Unfortunately the other thing to bear in mind is that features aren't a permanent part of our game, and having a feature is no guarantee that you will keep it.
Fingers crossed that the only reason you have lost it is because King are working on it in the background, and not because you have lost the feature.

Yes I have tried the fixes you suggest but to no avail. Having said that, the prizes offered for the deluxe chocolate box, whatever they are I don't know, can't be so great that someone would use a party popper as one of the challenges. Having to use boosters to win boosters usually of lesser value seems ridiculous to me!

You are not wrong @Charly-4 the Deluxe Chocolate Box doesn't make a lot of sense, and it has caused more than a few complaints.
Having to use 4 UFO, or 2 Party Boosters just to win 10 gold bars, one hour unlimited lives, and half an hour of unlimited Colour Bombs just doesn't add up.
You don't have to choose the tasks that require the use of boosters, but the other tasks that require you to win 4 new levels on the first attempt, or 6 levels on any attempt also do not make a lot of sense given the reduced moves tactics of King.

Today my deluxe chocolate box magically reappeared but when i clicked on it, it told me it was too late to play the fourth challenge and collect a prize. Well of course it is too late- you took the box away from me for days! Oy! On the plus side, my "daily treat machine" reappeared after a four day absence. I seriously give up!
