how do I get lives friends send when I out of lives? are those lives saved in a bank to use whenever

I suggest you send lives request as soon as you loose one. This way your friends have longer time to send you new lives.
Another option is to play Candy on King.com - here you'll get a lot of lives as there are several thousand gamers playing at the same time.
If you only play on Facebook then try the following: open one more tab in your browser and load the game again in the new tab. Once you have used your lives in the first tab simply go to tab number two. Don't open too many tabs though - your computer will go slow and the game might crash the Flash player.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
