Since the update this morning candy crush saga keeps forcing a close before the game even gets started.
Okay, so I synchronised with facebook and got my levels back but then it keeps forcing a closure again.
Reinstalled it which has worked but it has now taken me back to level 1!
Hi Deborah there are three things that I would try to resolve this problem:
Close all running apps and restart the device
Check for any updates for your device and the Candy Crush Saga app in the Play Store/Appstore.
Are you playing on an Android device? If none of the above work then clear the cache (this needs to be done frequently) by doing the following: Settings > Apps > (Candy Crush Saga) > Clear cache.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
