I was letting my son play Candy Crush today on my Facebook. I walked away for a few minutes and he bought about $8 worth of gold bars. I sent a support ticket but got a form letter type email saying to go to King Care for more help and that would be the only message I would get regarding my query. What do I have to do to get a refund!?
The problem in this scenario is that it's up to you to make sure your payments details are secured with a password which is your responsibility. This is something that has to be done the store settings, ESPECIALLY if you have little hands roaming about!
I've heard of other people getting refunds for this but it came directly from the store and not from King.
