Time to next life on both Candy Crush and Soda are about 39 years, my device will not let me even go forward that far. I have tried updating app, and restarting device. Nothing has worked, help!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
