I've had the same issue on the last two events of this. Logged out, made sure everything was current and updated but it's not just me it's everyone for the most part. I've talked to well over 50 friends who play the game and it's the same thing. 6-9 show up blank and they have the last 2 months of doing this.

@Crazy Cat Lad Separate issue related to Season Pass:
The last tier now keeps resetting in an endless loop without ever giving me the option to Claim the UFO. When I complete the 10/10, the # count pops up again resetting back to 0. There's no check mark over the UFO, so you can clearly see I didn't receive it.
Tell devs to fix. Or is Season Pass now meant to deprive players of the best reward in the Free pass. ๐

Levels 6-9 on my season pass donโt show a reward, but I can collect the requisite badges to earn the reward, but the reward is not given.

The free pass in Season Pass has less rewards, simply because it's the free of charge option.
If you choose to purchase the Gold Pass, you will get way more rewards. The charge you pay for is to get these extra bonuses and rewards.

About booster wheel if keep spinning means there is some Connection issue. Try to do the standard troubleshooting by Logout, update your device , restart and login again and see if it solves the issue.
