I have tried powering the phone down to no avail. The help forum says to reset the game but I am not sure how to do that and I do not want to lose my progress.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
