Almost every time our Fan 5 group gets all the points within the time limit it says oops times up and I can’t get the rewards. This just happened and it wasn’t even an hour. Guaranteed if someone in the group gets the points late at night by morning forget it. No rewards. There should be at least a 24 period to collect these rewards for each member of the group

Hello Tess, I have seen other people mention the Fantastic Five 'Oops' message, but I have never seen it myself. I must admit to still being confused as to the circumstances that makes the 'Oops' message appear.
My F5 team has completed the 7000 points and received the lollipop of the next round of F5 and I still received my rewards when I started my game.
I wish I could help you more as I would really like to understand what generates the Oops message.
