Candy Crush Saga - am not receiving extra moves or lives from FB friends?  I have received them in the past but noticed in the last week or so that I was not receiving.

    Hi Jane,

    Check for updates for your tablet and all your apps, especially the game app and Facebook app.

    Make sure you use a strong internet connection.

    Connect to your Facebook from within the game app.

    You can also connect to your Kingdom account from within the app and get help from friends there.
