issues to unlock more levels

this is not the first time this has happened.  I have passed level 680 and am waiting for more levels to unlock.  It is suppose to be 3 days of waiting or get people to help.  I am not getting either of those.  It has been over 3 days and I have tried to get help from friends as well as logging into Facebook which hasn't worked either.  

This happened to me at the last bridge and someone just moved me along.  It seems to be having the same issue as before.
