mobile not syncing with mobile

I'm on 1310 on mobile, and 1311 on pc. Mobile will not sync to pc. Phone, cc and fb are all updated. Phone turned off then on. Still no sync. WiFi excellent. I thought if I passed 1311 it would sync, but no. I am waiting for (mobile) to move me on up, but it tells me to wait...

That's because the levels 1311 and up are not out for mobile yet, only on PC. This follows Kings regular pattern of making the levels for PC and release them whilst they work to convert and optimise for mobile and tablet, that's why there's a gap between level releases on different platforms.
