Not getting Fantastic Five Rewards

There has been a graph issue that is making people believe they have reached 7000 points but when scores added up they do not come to 7000. We would really need a screenshot of the fantastic 5 graph to be sure. All you can do is contact customer support from your game or by the contact us at bottom of page and explain your issue. you will need your game ID

My Fantastic 5 rewards showed up briefly but when I opened it to collect it, it said times up. I play daily why did this reward expire

I am not getting the rewards in Fantastic Five when reaching point levels or completing all point levels. I'm on the most current version. Why am I not getting the rewards? I'm not recieve ads for extra lives and boosts.
