Should Points Matter?

It's interesting to me that the actual number of points one scores is not a factor in any of the contests. In most games, the points scored are the most important thing. It's not a big deal, just curious.

That is a good point @SativaGummi. The way I look at it though is that stars and points are equatable. That is, when you have a contest that is all about collecting stars it is also in a roundabout way asking you to achieve a certain number of points. This is because to collect three stars (or Sugar Stars l) you have to attain a certain score.

Scores are useless now since they removed the moves levels.

Hi @Sativagummi.

Points mean alot. If you hit skip when they are totaling up at end of a win. You are losing in sugar stars that give you bonuses. Some levels if you don't get the amount of points stated, even though you clear the board, get all the item needed, you don't win.
