The level starts with 9 on the bombs, although when I looked on YouTube videos of this level every video has the bombs starting at 15. Obviously 9 moves is not enough to collect all orders, so why does my game have this?

Have you already played this level on PC, either on Facebook or on King.com?
That's were you get the 15, hence why you saw this on YouTube.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
