I'm guessing you have tried to update via the app store? Do you have enough memory to update? Or maybe you're talking about synchronizing your levels, I'm not sure. Let me know!

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
