I just bought smartphone HTC Desire 620 with Android 4.4.4 and I can't download Candy Crush Soda nor Candy Crush Saga. These games don't work on this device? Why?
Found this, apparently following this has helped some with this problem!
1) Go to your apps folder and click on the 'settings' icon
2) Scroll down to the section called 'apps' and click on it
3) Scroll down to 'Google Play Store' and click on it
4) Click 'Clear Data' and click OK on the 'Delete app data' dialog box
5) Restart your phone and you should now be able to download the game.
Are you getting the Incompatible message Annie? Have seen a few other post with the same thing, if you are getting that message you can usually find out why it's incompatible by clicking on the small plus icon in the bottom right corner of the message.
